About Angie
Angie Kingma is a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of Mindfulness for Health, a practice she established in 2011. She brings more than 25 years of experience in mental health, integrating clinical expertise with evidence-based, mindfulness-informed approaches to support adults seeking meaningful and lasting change.
Angie holds a post-graduate degree in Occupational Therapy with a specialization in Mental Health, and she has worked extensively in a range of clinical settings supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress-related conditions, and significant life transitions. She is also skilled in working with complex trauma, childhood emotional neglect, and longstanding emotional patterns that continue to affect present-day relationships, self-worth, and overall well-being. Her work is grounded in current neuroscience and combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, somatic and nervous system regulation practices, and Energy Rising principles.
In her psychotherapy practice, Angie helps clients understand the roots of emotional patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and develop healthier ways of relating to their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. She is known for her steady and attuned presence, her ability to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, and her integrative approach that blends insight, mindfulness, and experiential healing.

About Danusia
Danusia Gronkowski is an Occupational Therapist and Psychotherapist registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) and the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapy (OSOT). With more than 30 years of experience in outpatient mental health, she is known for her compassionate, nonjudgmental presence and her expertise in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Danusia helps clients gain insight into unhelpful patterns, rebuild self-esteem, and develop healthier ways of coping. Her work fosters emotional regulation, improved relationships, and a renewed sense of well-being.
