Our Services
Our services are designed to meet you where you are and support your growth at every stage of your journey. Whether you are looking for ongoing care, a focused intensive, or a group program to strengthen mindfulness and emotional balance, we offer options that can be personalized to your needs. If you are unsure which service might be right for you, we will help you explore your options and find the best fit.

Individual Therapy
It can be exhausting to keep holding everything together while feeling disconnected inside. Individual therapy provides a space to slow down, explore your experiences, and learn new ways of responding to life’s challenges. Our approach integrates foundational modalities like CBT, DBT, and ACT with trauma-informed methods such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and mindfulness-based practices. Together, we help you uncover the patterns that keep you stuck and support you in building awareness, resilience, and self-leadership.

Online Therapy Across Ontario
If in-person sessions are not accessible or convenient, we offer secure virtual therapy to individuals throughout Ontario. Online therapy allows you to receive the same compassionate, evidence-based care from the comfort of your own space. Many clients find it easier to open up and reflect in familiar surroundings, making the process more natural and relaxed. You will receive the same quality of attention and care as you would in person, with the added flexibility of meeting wherever life takes you.

Therapy Intensives
Sometimes you need more time and space than a standard appointment can offer. Therapy Intensives are immersive, focused experiences designed to help you make meaningful progress in a shorter period of time. These half-day or full-day sessions provide deep exploration into long-standing emotional or behavioural patterns, guided by integrative approaches such as IFS, Brainspotting, and mindfulness. Intensives can be especially helpful if you are feeling stuck or ready for significant breakthroughs.

8-Week Mindfulness Training (MBCT Group)
Our 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) group program teaches practical tools to manage anxiety, stress, and depression through awareness and self-compassion. Each session helps you shift from autopilot to presence, so you can respond to life with greater calm and clarity. Whether you are new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this supportive group environment offers evidence-based guidance for emotional balance and resilience.

Modalities We Use
Our integrative approach combines evidence-based and experiential modalities to create lasting, whole-person change. These methods help you understand how thoughts, emotions, and body sensations work together so that healing can occur at a deeper level. Below are some of the main modalities we use. If there is a specific approach you are interested in that you do not see listed here, please reach out, we are happy to discuss whether it may be available or integrated into your care.

Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a brain-body therapy that helps identify and release the emotional and physical effects of trauma or stress. By accessing points in your visual field that connect with areas of the brain where experiences are stored, Brainspotting allows the body to naturally process and integrate emotions. It is gentle yet powerful, often leading to deep emotional release and clarity.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems Therapy, or IFS is a compassionate and evidence-based approach that views the mind as made up of different parts or “inner voices.” Some parts may hold pain or protective patterns from earlier experiences. IFS helps you develop a relationship with these parts from your calm, wise “Self,” allowing for healing, self-compassion, and greater internal harmony.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a structured, practical approach that helps you recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns. By exploring the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, CBT gives you tools to reframe negative thinking and make healthier, more intentional choices. It is especially effective for managing anxiety, depression, and stress.
