Our 8-Week Mindfulness Training (MBCT) program helps you reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate lasting emotional balance. Designed for adults who want to manage mood, anxiety, or everyday pressure more skillfully, this group offers tools to bring mindfulness into your daily life. Sessions are available in Burlington with guidance from certified experienced psychotherapists and mindfulness facilitators.

About the 8-Week Mindfulness Training (MBCT)
Based on the evidence-based Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) model, this program blends mindfulness meditation, cognitive awareness, and self-compassion practices. Over eight weeks, you will learn to manage stress, regulate emotions, and respond to life’s challenges with more calm and clarity.
MBCT has been shown to lower cortisol levels, improve mood, and enhance overall well-being. Whether you are new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this program offers a structured, supportive environment to help you grow.
