Angie Kingma is a Registered Psychotherapist and a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Angie was very proud to work for 20 years at Credit Valley Hospital offering group psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy).

Angie is also a Faculty Member at the University of Toronto, NeuroNova and The Centre for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto. She is a verified provider with Theravive, Psychology Today, Psychotherapy Matters and Homewood Health.

Angie has over 25 years of experience working in a variety of mental health settings including home care, in-patient psychiatry and out-patient psychiatry. While she utilizes a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches and techniques, she tends to lean towards CBT and mindfulness-based interventions, although the therapeutic rapport is the most important factor in the change process.
