Angie is a Registered Psychotherapist with specialties in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), CBT, DBT, IFS, Brainspotting, Attachment and Chronic Pain interventions, practicing in the Halton, Peel and Toronto Regions. In addition to my private Psychotherapy practice, I am on faculty at the University of Toronto, NeuroNova and the Centre for Mindfulness Studies.

Angie works with people who are interested in making changes in their lives
to enhance their health, well-being and overall functioning.

Danusia Gronkowski is an Occupational Therapist and Psychotherapist registered with the College of Occupational therapists with specialties in mental health, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).

Danusia provides a warm, nonjudgmental approach to therapy and treatment and can help you work towards rebuilding self-esteem, improved relationships and gaining healthy emotion regulation skills for improved quality of life..

Sabiha Faruqui

Occupational Therapist Psychotherapist
MSc. OT, OT Reg. (Ont.)
Sabiha is an Occupational Therapist and Psychotherapist with specialties in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Based Approaches as well as Motivational Interviewing in her work with clients. Sabiha loves working with adults and also has a special interest and a great deal of experience working with transitional aged youth (ages 16-24).

Sabiha is committed to providing a warm, non-judgemental space in order to support her clients path towards greater well being and quality of life.
